Motivation to pass my driver's exam by way of road trip day dreams
Now that I have committed to this annual pass, I’m feeling obligated to put it to use. But that was the whole point right?
Now is the time to daydream. Wanting to get my liscense just to check the concept off my bucket list was not enough to inspire me to follow through. I had to have a big, sexy, dreamy vision of what could be once I had it.
Living in Chicago, my day to day will be the same, no need for a car. But a car is beginning to represent adventure and agency to me in a way it never had. Despite being a lifelong pedestrian up until this point, I have never been one to sit still…
