Why exactly is this AskMax episode cowboy themed?

Fortunately, there is not a snake in my boot and no one to my knowledge has poisoned the waterhole. My personal Youtube algorithm decided to feed me information about the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta a few days ago and its held my attention captive ever since. It made me nostalgic for my 2022 New Mexico road trip where I got naked in the open Santa Fe desert to take these photos. (HIGHLY recommended!) I deeply connect with the SouthWest, particularly Utah, and cherish any time I get to spend out there. I’ve now made it a life goal to make sure I see this event for myself at some point.

On to the questions! Yeehaw!

I mean, I can tell, but that is more about me having an eye for the nuances than it being universally obvious or indiscreet. I don’t necessarily want to tell GenPop what to look for because I believe people should be able to share a bread basket with a cutie without being gawked at. Anytime I’m confident I spot a fellow Lady of the Lunchbreak and happen to make eye contact with her, I’ll throw her a quick wink to root her on ♥️

Not necessarily. I think the internet has made it so academic language has trickled down and become popular to the masses without the academic reading that should go along with it. A lot of people will see something they personally find off-putting and rather than just moving on, they will try to reverse engineer a reason it must be Bad, Evil, and Wrong. Sometimes you’re just not into it and that’s fine. I hate to invoke “its not that deep“ because I do believe any topic can be examined in an interesting way, it just doesn’t guarantee that every impulse to have a take is going to be worthwhile or valid.

I do! This year more than ever actually and I’m loving that! Usually, its in the form of couples, but every once in a while, I do get some exclusive girl time!

Many of my peers offer discounts to women. I do not offer this. I understand their logic (the pay gap), but the idea of offering essentially coupons for proximity to my body makes me feel weird. Men are socialized to see providers so the process of coordinating with them is generally easier. Women tend to require significantly more reassurance during booking, so I cannot offer a lower rate for a process that demands more attention.

My favorite effect of writing LoveNote is that it not only keeps my longtime lovers up to date with whatever goofy idea is running through my mind at any given moment, but it makes first dates feel familiar with me. Ever since I started this project, the conversations have flowed so differently! A lot of boys have been mentioning that they felt like they already knew me before we were ever in the same room.

The sweetest thing a new date can do is make a reference to something they read here. Whether its asking me about a trip I wrote about, utilizing a tip I put in a tutorial, or gifting me a little trinket I’ve mentioned coveting, that attention to detail really leaves an impression on me ♥️
